FHR Radio is accepting music in the Country, Pop and Rock Genres. We accept music from Major and Independent Artists from all walks of life and ages.

If you mail us a physical CD via US Mail or International Post. I suggest you package it well in an envelope designed for CD's and write "Do Not Bend" or "Do Not Crush" on the envelope. We have received some CD's in the mail that have seen better days.
If you prefer to send us MP3's you can do so by sending an email with subject heading (music submission) to: management @ fhrradio.com (the email address on here is separated by a space to avoid spam) when typing in the email address put it all together without the spaces.
We ask that if you send MP3's, send one email per MP3 that way you are sure that we receive it.
Once we receive music from anyone, it will be reviewed for possible airplay.
Submitting your music in no way implies that your CD or MP3 has been selected for airplay,rotation, spins unless you are told by us otherwise. Any decisions to air any music shall be at the sole discretion of the Program Director. Because of the volume of music we get weekly, feedback cannot always be given to individual songs, recordings, or projects. Thanks for your understanding.
Along with your music send us the following information:
- Your Name/Stage Name
- Song Title
- Genre of Music
- City / State or Province / Country
- Website / Facebook / Twitter address
- Any interesting notes or info on you that you might want listeners to know
- A short bio is very helpful. Once your song is accepted, along with playing the song on the radio we also do our best to promote it via our website or social media pages. A bio helps us tell our audience who you are and what you do.
By sending us your CD or MP3, you have given us permission to broadcast or otherwise exhibit your CD or MP3, in whole and/or in part. There is no charge for submitting music to FHR Radio.
We ask all artists not to submit any music whose lyrics may be deemed controversial, offensive, explicit lyrics or political. This is not the place to submit your political views or political agendas.
To be clear: submitting your music to FHR Radio Entertainment includes granting us broadcasting and podcasting rights of your submitted song(s) for free, waiving present and future rights to collection of either broadcast or mechanical royalties. Although we make no promise of payment we strive to repay you in other ways including free promotion, free airplay, free backlinks and more.
If you are a member of BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, Sound Exchange or SOCAN., FHR Radio does pay royalties through our license provider.
By submitting a song you warrant that the song is your original work or in the case of a cover song that it does not infringe on the intellectual property of any third party.
Cover songs - We welcome cover songs sung by you as long as the lyrics have not been changed from the original version.
