FHR Radio Entertainment in coordination with the World Fans of Declan Facebook Fan Page and the Simply Declan Galbraith Forum presents DECLAN BIRTHDAY JAM 2012. A one hour radio broadcast dedicated to Gold Recording Artist Declan Galbraith in celebration of his 21st birthday.

In 2001 Declan Galbraith signed his first recording contract to EMI and at the age of only ten years old he released his debut album titled "Declan". Through his music career, Declan has released three major label albums and sold 200,000 physical copies. At the age of 15, after signing to German powerhouse Starwatch/Warners, he released his second album "Thank You". The album was a huge success spending 29 weeks on the German Top 40, peaking at number 5 and selling 150,000 physical copies, as well as going Gold in Austria.

Declan John Galbraith was born 19 December 1991 in Hoo St Werburgh, Kent. One of several villages in the HOO Peninsula which bears the name HOO in South East England. He is best known for his 2002 hit single "Tell Me Why" which peaked at #29 in the UK Singles Chart.

Declan's talent was publicly acknowledged for the first time when at just 7 years old he insisted on performing spontaneously at the annual Rochester Dickens Festival, a two day festival the celebrates the life and times of the famous author Charles Dickens. Soon after he started to enter local talent contests and within a year he had won 15 titles.

As a result of his success in the talent shows, the major label companies soon came knocking on his door and he was signed to his first recording contract in England.

Another big success came during the nationwide tour of Young Voices when breaking the Guinness World Record. It was at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast in December 2002 when he sang live with some 10,000 children and was also simultaneously linked, by radio and satellite, with more than 80,000 children in their schools all over the UK, who accompanied him in achieving the world's largest choral sing.

If you can't call and don't know how to record on your computer. Just send us an email with your written message and we will read it on the air.

In your message do not give out any information you do not want the world to know. Simply state your first name, the country you are from and your message. Do not give out phone numbers, address, email addresses, etc.

The radio special celebrating Declan's 21st birthday is a FAN coordinated effort between FHR Radio, World Fans of Declan Facebook Fan Page and the Simply Declan Galbraith Forum.

During this special radio program we will only be playing songs from Declan's former albums in which FHR Radio has been authorized to play in the past.
